Country´s APEX court ordered for revoking the ban on the ABN Channel programmes in the Telangana State. With the ban seeing 500 days in the state the Supreme Court served notices to Centre and Telangana MSOs. SC asked that the orders shall be given to all district collectors of the state.
Apex court also ordered state government to provide security to the MSOs if need be and clarified that TDSAT orders which were implemented for TV9 shall be followed in case of ABN as well! It is 506th day today that the channel suffered in the state and the SC judgement will be a huge relief to the media house!
