Special Agent in Charge of the FBI San Juan Field Office, Joseph González announced that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking information which may result in the location, arrest, and conviction of Manuel H. Rodríguez Cruz (Rodríguez Cruz).
Rodríguez Cruz, also known as “Bebo”, “Gago”, and “Bebé”, is wanted for charges related to drug trafficking within the District of Puerto Rico, among other allegations.
Specifically, on June 23, 2022, a federal judge issued an arrest warrant charging Rodríguez Cruz with violations of Title 21 U.S.C. Sections 841 and 846 (Conspiracy to possess, with intent to distribute, over 5 kilograms of cocaine) and Title 18 U.S.C. Section 2 (aiding and abetting).
The public is advised that Rodríguez Cruz should be considered armed and dangerous. If sighted, the subject should not be approached.
Rodriguez Cruz currently has more gray hair than in the photo attached and habitually wears baseball hats. He also has distinctive tattoos, which can be seen in the attached poster.
The FBI is asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of this individual to call the FBI San Juan Field Office immediately by calling 787-987-6500, or to report any leads online by visiting Tips.FBI.Gov
Tipsters may remain anonymous.
