The National Chamber of Commissioners of Justice, the Bar Association of the Council of State and the Court of Cassation, the High Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants, the National Company of Industrial Property Attorneys, the High Council of notaries and the National Council of Bars co-sign a guide on the practical procedures for the creation, organization and operation of PES, a new form of joint professional exercise.

Six regulated professions present the guide for the creation of multi-professional exercise societies (SPE) The National Chamber of Commissioners of Justice, the Bar Association of the Council of State and the Court of Cassation, the High Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants, the National Company of Industrial Property Attorneys, the High Council of notaries and the National Council of Bars co-sign a guide on the practical procedures for the creation, organization and operation of PES, a new form of joint professional exercise. As a reminder, the multi-professional exercise society (SPE) was created by ordinance of March 31, 2016, supplemented by several decrees of May 5, 2017, to allow the joint exercise of the professions of lawyer, lawyer in Council of State and at the Court of Cassation, judicial auctioneer, bailiff, notary, judicial administrator, legal representative, industrial property attorney, auditor and expert- accounting.------------------------------------ This guide seeks, in the light of the founding texts, to give a practical light to the situations and questions which professionals may be faced with when they wish to practice or practice together within the same company: professional secrecy, obligation to instrument , conflicts of interest, accounting management, handling of funds, fight against money laundering, compulsory insurance, collective agreements, etc. The fruit of collective analysis and synthesis, this guide aims to support most effectively all professionals wishing to pool their skills and embark on the adventure of SPE in order to deliver an offer to customers diverse and multiple. On the occasion of the release of this guide, the Presidents of the regulated professions who contributed to its drafting undertake, by the official signature of a joint declaration on July 8, 2020 in Paris, to promote it, disseminate it widely, and ensure its updating.
